Thin Sleeve
The thin sleeve has less structure to it than the VRS. It functions the same as the VRS but typically is used on an adapter. This sleeve is light weight an easily handled. It will have the two scribe lines as per the VRS (one horizontal and one vertical). The sleeve will range from roughly 0.8mm up to 2.5mm in thickness.
Ultra Sleeve
Typically this sleeve will be less than 1mm in thickness and is used as part of the ITR system. They will be supplied to Polyflex for ITR where they are processed for ITR work, thereafter supplied to the client. These sleeves are not designed for multiple mounting and demounting applications. The ITR sleeve is used in conjunction with adapters and is essential for quick change over time for speedy production on common repeat jobs.
